"100GB of cellular data consumption would be deemed abuse of service for which our Terms of Service would allow the Company to terminate the subscription. For reference, 100GB of high-def video and our detailed knowledge of WiFi offload based on our Verizon experience would translate to more than 24 hours of video per day! Our pricing model is based on time usage (daily, weekly, or monthly passes) rather than megabytes usage. With the latter, we could largely eliminate abuse because all costs would be passed on to the consumer. With a time based model, however, the Company believes its service will appeal to a far larger audience who understand the value exchange, but where we still mitigate against outlier abuse though termination and accurate revenue modeling---Mobile data consumption follows a Poisson distribution, meaning our revenue model is based on the mean of that distribution. There will be outliers with mobile data consumption that are multiple standard deviations above and below the mean which offset each other."
