Auction period. Someone would have been selling 900k shares at .028 but someone else, a bot probably would have had a buy of 899,999 shares at .029, so he would trump you at the auction as the bid is higher than yours. It would have been settled at .028 as the selling value due to this and you would have had one share purchased to complete the sellers 900k sell order.
