I'm thinking I may be wrong, at least partially, in what I've said above regarding the sub-licencing of the SDK by Tata, because when a developer utilizers it to access the White Label, they pay for the privilege. This is as good as a licence fee. They also will pay for the users data.
So in what you say about the licensing arrangements between Tata, the SDK, and their users, is probably correct.
I don't believe however that the many telcos that Tata are associated with have access to the CSP through Tata's White Label. They would need to label their own, or as a minimum, their users would need to access Tata's label directly.
However, pursuing your line of enquiry further on this other telco scenario, maybe it is the case that their customers are directed to the White Label through their respective telcos and the telco retains a commision for bringing their customers to Tata.
Considering this possibility, SYT recently stated that they are releasing an updated application interface for foreign geographies for OTT publishing, but this is specifically for Overpass's video streaming connectivity, and not Freeway in general.
Anyway, thinking what these guys are up to behind the scenes at this time of night will keep me up all night, so I better give it up knowing that what I know and what I don't know is really insignificant in the greater scheme of all of Syntonic's syzygies .
