Latest Freeway user video, posted just a few hours ago, note the lack of recent re-charges / rewards earned compared to 3 month's ago.
Clearly offer supply doesn't meet user demand. (Something that needs to be discussed in the Q&A)
Yet even in that long lean spell, the user has been retained and is active again now, so a good sign that Freeway has good retention rates, far higher than the norm.
