Going by some of the recent review comments, I don't think it will be long before there is another software update !!!
I still can't believe how poor our customer service appears from the outside looking in. Users pleading to have there emails & questions answered and no responses from customer service at all.
It costs money to acquire customers, so why not respond to those that are already engaging with the product. If there cheating the system then say so publically, otherwise help them out with meaningful responses.
