Like I use this valuation method based on
Commercial Customer acquisition cost :
method 1
1. $57 for verified customer ie name, email, mobile and no revenue
- ie SP of $57 x 3.5m customers= SP $0.97. (we are somewhere here now)
methos 2
2. $400 for verified as option 1 and paying $10 subscription/ month
- ie. e 3.5m customers x $400 = MC 1.4b ie. SP of $6.82. (we will get here at min fair value)
If AFFIRM cames with an offer below MC of 1.4 b or SP of 6.82 ...my vote is NO.
