Get the feeling something is going on. Don't think T/O is an option at the moment without Senegal decree. Maybe decree is immenent as it isn't locked in to election time. Strength could be Ophir related. The buy side is displaying a lot of grunt. One thing for sure is any exposure we can get is good for the company. Hopefully next week might answer our questions.
