I could make a case that the longer the drill goes the more chance a positive outcome.The first party to be contacted from the rig in the event of a discovery would be the AGC Authorities.They would need some time(days?)to arrange suitable security for the site(a gunboat?)In the meantime,as per the agreement any discovery would have to remain confidential.I would agree that if FAR,as a partner, was contacted about going deeper they would have to announce that,but at what point would that happen?.As discussed it is all conjecture at this point.
