On the topic of security, I posted about an article mentioning security arrangements for Kora a while back, here is the relevant extract:
"Just read an article on African Energy Intelligence about the security measures for Kora.
The information is said to have come directly from Julio Balde, "secretary-general of the Agence de Gestion et de Cooperation (AGC)". Julio met with an official from Ophir and President Wade to discuss security issues. Subsequently the Senegalese army will be protecting the well from pirates."
