Sent a complaint form of to the ASX yesterday it will be interesting to see if FAR or for that matter ASX gets a response and releases some information in a more timely manner in future .....

My Complaint is regarding Continious Disclosure to the market concerning relevent information which has not been furnised in a timely manner..
On The 25 th of September 2008 First Australian Resources ( FAR ) stated in an ASX annoucement and Media release namely Activity Update that the following would occur ..
Highlights

Senegal – farm-in offers received and under review
NE Waller – rig due on location for Pitchford #1 well 15 October 2008
NE Waller - Pitchford #2 expected to follow on from Pitchford #1
Canning Basin - Stokes Bay well testing planned for October 2008

Based on this information points one , two and three has not happened to date which for a small cap share has a material effect on the price and value of the companies securities

Point No 2 clearly defines dates and FAR has not informed the market as to the status of the drilling or a reason for the delay in my understanding this represents a failure in Continuous Disclosure.

ASX Continuous Disclosure Compliance Policy
Continuous Disclosure obligations require the Company to keep the market fully
informed of information which may have a material effect on the price or value of the
Company’s securities (material information) and to correct any material mistake or
misinformation in the market. The Company discharges these obligations by releasing
information to the ASX in the form of an ASX release or disclosure in other relevant
documents

Moreover extremly large volume of shares have been traded in the last few days leading to further suspicion
of non disclosure of important information .
