    Many people say down days because of T+3 traders, such as Mighty Dragons post of today saying tomorrow will be a T+3 day for Friday traders. Wouldn't every day be a T+3 day for traders depending on which day they purchased them. Sorry if this is a stupid assumption but just a query.
