That ship has sailed. They could have sold it to cleanteq who have about 55% of that land.
But they too couldn't get funding for sunrise. They were the best of the two. They hit $1.75. Collapsed to about 30c. Consolidated. And now look where they are.
They made the same mistakes as auz. Hell auz bought land to build accomodation in town.
CLQ bought a 300 bed (or something like that) portable housing. And they spent $10 million on autoclaves. They thought they were two years ahead by doing that because claves take time to build.
Thats a nice paperweight now.
