Why is a Nickel mining company responsible for refurbishing a rail link and airport?? Have you got announcements or reports to back this claim up? This doesn't even make any sense.
Plus the Sconi project is still at feasibility stage, not ready for construction and the commodity market is terrible at the moment. Not surprised if they can't receive funding to start the construction phase.
Plus my holdings are small compare to many other institution holders, I am sure they will not allow to lose the money and will take changes and other measures as required.
