OXR fortunes will be tied to gold short term and to a lesser extent copper - out to 3 months + copper will take more precidence to gold - if gold copper up OXR up - if they sideways OXR sideways if those metals go backwards OXR down. Though a short term bounce to 89-91c is likley. Before a pullback to 86c - give 2 week time frame.
