GO, what you meant to say is that the shorters at best have averaged down but are still significantly underwater! Those 45M shorts entered into since Sep 2016 have an average buy in price of 7.2c-7.5c. The 2M net shorts covered in 2017 up until this week would have been mostly closed out at a loss!
