But, in the interests of fairness & completeness and in response to this from Bigstock:

The answer is "yes, I will be" and "LCY are also subscribing to shares in HAW, albeit at a 50% premium to the existing HAW shareholders (as of 2 Dec 11)."
Surely this means that the brains trust at LCY was only half as clever as the HAW shareholders that subscribe to the SPP.
Oh, I should now disclose that I am a shareholder in LCY as well. I couldn't resist picking up stock at 10.5c & 11c whilst the rest of the market was on holidays.
We are now in the same tent - yippee!!!
