It has always intrigued me why Dr Sullivan resigned in June.
I know his contract was up, but he had the option to go on.
New light has been possibly added.
The new CEO of PTTC was to be an ex employee of Siemens, the old Sullivan company.
Mr Watkins over-ruled that, and brought in bureacrats who would further delay the project.............
