If hearing within half year, it should fail at 90%.Because it means everything following the big boys prearrange --- finish all before election party over.
If hearing delay long late, ERG possible win at 15%, because new govt may recovery T-card after election and settle case for double win.
All trouble --- T-Gate shutdown, the litigation cost..., just for a few govt officers benefit. After they gone, all trouble will gone. Therefor delaying is best to win.
