Ok, my thoughts. This is all speculation so DYOR as always....

I think there will be an announcement coming prior to the Africa Down Under conference (ADUC) as LOM is overdue an update on their activities. In my opinion the announcement is being delayed at present because there is a lot of behind the scenes work going on to try and get everything sorted for the mining licence prior to that conference. If I were a member of the board, I would be pushing the upside to the Angolan Govt of what sort of exposure they will get from a newly granted licence at the ADUC. So even if there is no licence in the next announcement I think they will be much, much closer to finalising one from the work that I think is probably going on right now. Pure speculation on my part, but that is how I would be doing it and I am assuming management would be thinking along similar lines.

So fingers crossed we get a big announcement with the whole box and dice tomorrow or Wed?
