What contract win?
The announcement i read purported to a "possible" contract win.
If the contract is in the bag, like you suggest, then the Directors should have worded the document more appropriately i.e. replace "possible" with "in the final stages of securing" or something similar.
"Possible" to me implies that the contract is not secured.
