it could go either way...positive news or negative news...difficult to say exactly when was the insider trading could have happened ..it was strange trading..it went to 31.5 cents..they may have bought on positive news at that time or when it went to 30 cents when insiders sold for negative news...imo todays high trading is suspicious and hopefully positive news about securing new contract..not much sell in red 29.5 cents anyway..it also says new contract so most probably positive...
