CBD now have only 40 million shares on issue which is not very many, I am not privvy to what the announement will be but I would suggest it may be something to do with a major aqisiton, CBD now employs over 300 people and has three core businesses power saving, air cond and stainless steel fabrication.
It a good future in my view, under priced atm in other words cheap!!!
