re: placement:andrewe knowledge and teletubbie, andrew has a good point. Unfortunately raisings to institutions are done too often at the expense of small shareholders. Directors will say such raisings are faster and more efficient but in reality they are just easier and require less work from the company. IBR was tightly held before the latest raising and there were plenty of large instos on the register. If a company has the inclination and effort a capital raising to all, including small shareholders, can be done almost as fast and only requires more paperwork (take a look at the recent raising from AGS). To say someone is obviously never satisfied just because they want all shareholders to be treated equally is nonsense. Just because a company has a great potential and assets doesn't give it the right to favour some over others. This is exactly the logic many companys, globally, use to justify the issue of "generous" stock option packages and other abuses.

Fundamentally IBR has great assets and potential but this doesn't excuse it from deserved criticism, not all shareholders are day traders!!!
