    re: placement:andrewe There would have been short term profits in placement even if shares in escrow.If I was a Pattersons client and offered IBR placement I would have subscribed for 100,000 held these. And sold my original 100,000 and creamed 5-6 K in the process. Anyways I used the opportunity to buy more. I'm happy with the lack of fireworks I'm happier with nice steady upward trend-lines.
