I don't think that was a confirmed decision, until its formally confirmed. There was some vague refence in his presentation to the banking crisis and bad timing, but that was sooo last week so I'm not sure that stops our IPO.

JL is on the road presenting the MYL story to investors at that Battery Minerals conference and probably others too, so maybe we'll get the money and the IPO done after all. I could be wrong too.
