Yes, unfortunately I think you’re right.
I thought that once an entity held (something like) 22% of a company they have to make their intentions clear and once up (approx) 50% they have the ability to compulsive aquire remaining shares.
Others will know the correct percentages.
Why S/H permissions?? We haven’t had a say in anything for 2 and a half years.
