Ok, I'm not a finance guy but this is my reading of the situation, everyone please feel free to confirm or correct:

• Mallee proposes to borrow AUD$48m from Hartree (in three traches, subject to shareholder approval)
• In return for this loan, Hartree will receive from Mallee (a) 10%+SOFR (of drawdown) p/a over the next 18 months, and (b) 213.638m share warrants.
• Assuming Hartree exercises all of the warrants, it will go from owning 30% of all SOI, to owning 70% of all SOI.
