He is becoming quite the villain in shareholders eyes now.
Was reading a bit on private companies not much we can do even if we get 5% of shareholders together can only force them to give us financial reports.
Can only sell shares in a buyback or third party but apparently got to offer shares to current holders first. Who would want to buy shares in a loss making nickel operation in a private company.
Was any mention made of asx relisting lately?

I think re-listing is a more remote possibility than ever, considering Hartree will soon own 70% of the company (not enough of a free-float)
