John Lamb has us over a barrel - either shareholders refuse the arrangement and Mallee (presumably) becomes insolvent, or we agree to it and Hartree is positioned for a lowball takeover.
I guess Lamb wins. The moment he de-listed the company it was basically over for us shareholders.
