I've got a list of directors in my black book, one of the 1st things I look at with any new company is who the directors are and what is the history.
The main reason I do this is the ones that will accept a capital raise from big institutional investors after a company has derisked leaving the early investors at a disadvantage.
Most of this happens in full visibility but in the case of myl it's been happening behind closed doors as well as all the other agreements on price etc
