From my following of the share numbers saga I make Hartree holding 349,241,769 (post the announced tranches) out of 628,318,795 SOI plus 4,219,591 performance rights, giving a fully diluted Hartree holding of 55.2%.
If the IPO goes ahead, then depending on
1. the number of new shares,
and 2. the number of Liquidator Top Up shares issued shortly after the listing, the number being a function of the market cap achieved
and assuming they take up their % in the IPO, Hartree may end up with less than 50%.
