The company doesn’t need to, but they are being kind , nice.
giving you the feeling that you have a choice as a small shareholder,
but it means nothing as they know the outcome of any vote , via the largest holder
they might need you later for some further
dilution so they are being kind to you
by keeping you informed,
but they really don’t have to.
As they are a private company now
