I agree. I have found myself in the new stores three times in the last month. Twice I have left without being served due to waiting, and waiting, and waiting etc. On the other occasion I was about to leave, when finally I was served after 45 minutes. True, the clipboard man/lady is a nice touch, but what about staff numbers?
I know tropical Nth QLD is supposed to be relaxed, but fair suck of the sav!
