    Come on Ron, if you're serious about taking over this company then why won't your legal team talk to Adelaide's directors?
    Was the mooted 5.5 cent offer inclusive/exclusive of the 2.5 cent capital repayment?
    Is 8 cents too much to pay?
    Doesn't look very professional.
