This popped up in street talk on the AFR today…
Management is certainly worried they will get taken over given their cash position…
Makes sense, if I had latent capacity at my plant and could roll it tomorrow… get access to tier one deposit, produce within 6 months and bank BGL’s cash of ~$200mill… Northern Star?? Santa Barbara??
Even at a 30% premium we are only at $1.1, cheap as chips…
Will be a fun lead up to Christmas if this eventuates!
