We are not out of pocket at this stage, when the announcement was made on the 25th may SIR were trading at $3.24 today's close of $3.71 still gives a profit of $0.47c.
On the other hand the t/o offer did equate to $4.38 per share so YEP your right we are still out of pocket by $1.14c share.
