Thank you I'm surprised you value my comments as most people don't.
But, I do believe the stock could get to $10 if we see conditions normalise. I don't want to say it'll definitely happen - only a possibility. However, I'm truly long on this, so as long as it compounds at 7% p/a I'll be a happy chap. Anything beyond this is major upside.
