Senior Wade (aka Prez) may be pre-occupied with Cote d'Ivoire but Jr Wade (Minister for All) has been slowly "negotiating" his way through various projects.
Dec 17th - Jr Wade (in paris) signed a co-operation agreement with EDF (Electricite de france) to resolve Senegalese energy problems. Clearly this is but one string in Senegalese energy bow and hydrocarbons is another.
