Can anybody tell us exactly these disclosure issues were?.It's hard enough to make money from ASX listed juniors without cowboy directors withholding price sensitive information.I'm pretty happy with MEs integrity.If the ASX don't want him around,there is probably good reason.
The problem is that they won't have to offer much of s premium at this stage of proceedings as FAR now has a loft of shares on issue,is not very tightly held and the SP has languished for a long time.
