t/o target

Not being informed profoundly about MAE, but have heard that the T/O would be the only positive result for MAE and its shareholders. Actually a friend of mine, who holds heaps of shares, told me that he is hoping for that to happen. He thinks that MAE itself has no money and real expertise to do it alone. Any opinion would be welcome.
