Do you think rio will lose face by being out bid. I think not... I think the offer will b significant to prove rio are not all talk n ego boost to rio to prove how powerful they are when it comes to io.
Further if rio does come to party n the Russians come over the top, the Russians have to pay alot more for the asset thus increasing the cost of production n make it less competitive to the rio jaugernaut existing production.
