    As I see it, MGX has money, Gero port access and a lack of IO going forward. GBG has a lack of money, Gero port access and a mine with a 30+ yr mine life, (if/when they get it sorted). There are some serious synergies here for an Ansteel/GBG/MGX JV of some sort here. Seems complicated I know, but where theres a will, theres a way.
