it is important that kml go to stage 2 to maximize infrastructure capacity and to reduce costs and to restructure finances.

gbg don't have the cash to go to stage 2, mgx do and ansteeel do.

consequently there would be a 3 way Mexican standoff between ansteel, mgx and gbg.

but gbg don't need to do anything, they can just keep kml as is and stay at 10mtpa.

but ansteel will want to go to 16mtpa.

so if gbg is going to be a monkey on the back of ansteel, how will ansteel deal with it ??
