Lets not forget that his was always going to be a long and drawn out affair.

What irritates me most is how the FDA can sit on its laurels and ignore years of research and development, hundreds of successful implants, probably hundreds of lives already saved, European CE, masses of supporting data, 50 centres trained up to install VCR VLADs, etc. and not at least expedite VCR's device. Guess if its not made in the good old USA, then FDA treats it as probably not up to scratch!

Even if the rampers are correct and the VCR device is not as advanced technically as ????, it still does the job and from the look of things does it very well indeed.

Still, I've always been biased to VCR and now I have put my last few bob into it, so don't listen blindly to me...
