I don`t believe WPL will take over HDR,I also wonder time frame on oil froduction from Mauritania,five ,ten,twenty years time.What about cost of setting up hole operation don`t think millions may be afew billion,lot of money to bring to the top from deepsea and risk of setting up in that part of the world. Once oil field quantity has been confirmed don`t be surprised ...........
