"42.9 million Nabi shares at the Exchange Ratio of 0.4487"
The above is from the page 3 of the Independent Expert Report.
I can not understand why the Exchange ratio is changed to 0.4487 while Nabi shares is still 42.9 million. Is it just a mistake?
Correct me if I am wrong, Please.
