Yes if you compare to last year September the top 20 holders to this year July 2020. The percentage that the top 20 hold has decrease. It does not look like the retailers are looking to sell.. and not much movement from April to July so they are most likely buying from others instos. And helping the retailers buy at a cheaper price.
