Well, somewhere along the lines of: Yes, all Managing Personnel are getting paid one way or another. And somehow, they are also getting share packages as part of their contracts. To own, however 19% of a company, one is MD of, gives me confidence, as I would think/hope, that he is aware of his reputation, if the company goes down the drain. I am seeing him just short of having to officially make an offer for a formal takeover at 20%. If the company goes up 3 cents to about 4 cents, as it has been before, he would clear $A10 mio before tax. I am certain, that no-one, except Bill Gates and alike would neglect a payday like this easily. That's why 're-assuring'......
