I disagree, if he walks away not only is TV2 worth nothing so is the tech worth nothing. He won't be able to suck someone else into an arrangement with the tech btw in another entity if he walks, so the tech will become worthless IMO irrespective of whether he walks away with it or not as trust in the tech would be shot. So he needs to make his 19% work for him in TV2 or just walkaway with your only reward been the wage you got paid when you had a job in TV2. All IMO
