just wanna say that i work for a gov dept and my area is being outsourced & it was meant to be done earlier in the year but because of how government is.. it hasn't happened still. The company the work is being outsourced to doesn't get a cent unless the deal goes ahead, so I feel like the delay is because of the slowness that gov works at.. it's just how gov is imo.
